Overview: This fest is one of the few that offer pure and unadulterated jazz. With one free concert to kick off the event and three ticketed concerts following, music is the main event at this festival.

Details: Beginning with a free Friday noon concert in Prescott's Courthouse Square (which is on the corner of Montezuma Street and Gurley Street), the first evening of the fest features legendary artists with International acclaim as well as high school ensembles. Jazz workshops throughout the weekend allow for interaction between established and aspiring musicians, and those who attend the workshops can see notable improvement in their music.
